1. Microsoft To-Do

💰 Pricing: Free! (When you already have a Microsoft account).

Microsoft to-do is a handy application if you already use Microsoft and Outlook. There aren’t any limitations to what you can do here, and you can connect it to a Microsoft plan or subscription. You can also integrate Outlook.

Google Tasks is its own app available on iOS and Android, there is a sort of desktop version but it isn’t as good. There are no upgrades, so no need to worry about adverts! This app is great if you are already within the Google Ecosystem.

ZenKit has a free personal plan that allows you to have up to 100 lists, with 10,000 tasks and add up to 8 people. Which is pretty good. Of course, you receive more features when you use a paid subscription.

With the Any-Do free plan, there are no limitations on how many lists and tasks you can add, however, you won’t be able to receive some ‘premium’ features you might expect.

Todoist is a fantastic all-rounder. Their free plan is also very generous, you only really need to upgrade to access specific features like reminders, and to gain more storage.

ClickUp offers a really good free plan for your personal to-do lists. It’s also a great all-rounder that offers more than just to-do lists. You can also add an unlimited amount of users and guests for tasks involving multiple people.
